Excellent 4.8

L-glutamine is an amino acid (a building block of protein) that your body can produce on its own. It also occurs naturally in foods like meat, eggs, and dairy. Of all amino acids, glutamine is the most abundant in your blood. You'll also find it in your muscles, gut, and even your immune cells. Since your body uses it in many places at once, there are times it may need more than it can make on its own.

Our L-glutamine is 100% pure, plant-based fermented, and easily dissolves in water or a shake.

✅ 100% pure: Just L-glutamine, with no unnecessary additives.

🌱 Plant-based: Fermented from a natural, non-animal source.

🥄 Easy to mix: Clean taste and easy to use.

It's as if the benefits of coffee come together with the taste of hot chocolate to create a delicious, healthy drink. The Original (sweetened) version has a mildly sweet, natural taste. The Unsweetened version contains no sweetener or salt for a pure flavor experience.

Mix 1 scoop (5 grams) with water, juice, or another drink of your choice. Taking it on an empty stomach may improve absorption, but there’s no solid evidence yet to confirm this.

Jouw vragen
Duidelijk beantwoord

Any questions?

Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. There are 20 in total. Some are considered “essential,” which means you need to get them from food. Others are “non-essential,” meaning your body can produce them on its own. L-glutamine is a non-essential amino acid, but in certain situations, your body may need more than it can make. In those cases, it becomes a “conditionally essential” amino acid: normally not essential, but needed under specific circumstances.

L-glutamine always has a slight taste. If a brand claims it’s completely neutral, that’s not true. We tested many options, and this one had the least aftertaste while meeting the highest quality standards.

L-glutamine is generally well tolerated. At higher doses, some people may experience mild stomach discomfort.

We gebruiken onze eigen producten dagelijks.
